Even though this little café is located on one of Gamla Stan's touristy streets, it's a great place to take a break. Panem comes from Latin and means "bread": the bakery offers pastries, macaroons and fresh bread. The only problem will be choosing, as their shop window will have you salivating. Here, you can start the day with a tasty breakfast, or enjoy a hearty sandwich for lunch, and end the day with a pleasant fika. What's more, the atmosphere is very welcoming, thanks to the ever-smiling staff.
