The founder of this restaurant, Rolf, has succeeded in creating a place that reflects his image. With an open kitchen, the team at the stove is in constant contact with the customers. He was one of the first to collaborate with well-known Swedish architects to create the perfect setting for his cuisine: a simple, uncomplicated, friendly place.
