On the oyster-farming site of Meuvaines-Asnelles, Maison Vivier, which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, has cherished its special oysters since 1994, but is also well-versed in salmon and trout smoking. It supplies several restaurants here in Normandy. Oysters (which can be tasted on site), smoked fish, and lobsters await you in the direct sales store, from sea to plate. Open oyster platters and seafood platters are also available to take away. And don’t forget the excellent oyster soup!

Located on the beaches of the landing, the Maison Vivier welcomes you all year long to make you discover its products.
Oysters, cooked oysters, smoked salmon, smoked trout and lobsters are waiting for you at our shop in Meuvaines and on our markets.
Our store is located in our oyster production facility, which allows our customers to share the daily life of our production team.
