"I'll go and see my Normandy again", could we sing in this shop? Because inside, you will find everything the best that our beautiful region has to offer: cheeses (from Ferme de La Houssaye and from Graindorge, for example), Norman butters, Norman meat, homemade jars (excellent tripe), fresh vegetables, and of course a cellar in the local colours that makes us proud: calvados, ciders, pommeaux, poirés (from Maison Huet, in particular), without counting the baskets filled... The three craftsmen of this beautiful company, Pascal, Jean-Marie and Stéphane, who are passionate about the flavours of the land, also do catering (with tableware rental). This really brings a breath of fresh air to this little corner of the Pays d'Auge. It shows, in any case, that it is possible to open a business that defends quality and values the local people! Also note on your tablets or a notebook - and without supplement -, when shopping, the recipe for cinnamon cider. No time to stop by the store? You will find the beautiful team (at least in part) on the Saint-Pierre-sur-Dives market on Monday morning, and on the Lisieux market on Saturday morning.
