AQUARIUM

Spread over 6,500 square meters and two floors, these 21 aquariums, placed under the responsibility of the government, opened their doors in 2008. They provide access to the world of the oceans, but also to that of lagoons, coral reefs and mangroves. No less than 150 species are represented, from the small clown fish to the moray eel and the shark. There is also a turtle rehabilitation program which aims to collect injured turtles, treat them and then release them back into their natural environment.
