Opened in 2000, this is a restaurant of awadhi cuisine, a cuisine originating from Awadh, a region of North India. The bawarchis (chefs) and rakabdars (gourmet cooks) of Awadh have invented the dum pukht style of cooking or the art of cooking on a very low flame. The ice creams are also delicious... everything is there to be in the best possible mood before starting a visit in the historical heart of Sharjah

Very nice and above all very traditional, this café is located in the heart of one of the oldest souks of the city. A few tables and benches, old photos of Sharjah before the oil era and the country's rulers. It's the opportunity to immerse yourself in the oriental atmosphere among people playing cards or dominoes. After some visits and shopping, here is a break with guaranteed authenticity. If you want a black tea, ask for the Sulaimani.

The hotel is in the back and the sea in the front, so we're in the right place in the right way. In truth, the local chronicle slips you the name of Al Dente, the Coral's Italian table, as the Sharjian end of the line, but we have a soft spot for this marine outdoor, a bit old-fashioned, but the sea air flatters our nostrils, the fish doesn't fare too badly if you've been careful to avoid audacity in sauce, but the barbecued fish and seafood or tempuras are delicious. We miss a little sauvignon blanc and everything is depopulated.
