Chocolaterie-biscuiterie in Luc-sur-Mer, where everything is homemade and made on site
At the head of this chocolate and cookie factory are Alexandre, who trained with the Compagnons du Devoir, and Florent and Julie, both bakers on the Place du Petit Enfer. In this sweet showcase, everything is homemade, from the cookies to the chocolates. Macaroons, meringues, marshmallows, fruit jellies... are all made on the premises, without coloring agents. The "Croq Baleine", their signature creation, illustrates their creativity: a vanilla marshmallow, a praline heart on hazelnut shortbread, all coated in chocolate. And it's delicious!
