Funny name for a casino restaurant, will you say! Yes, but very well chosen when you know that Groupe Tranchant has, besides casinos, an air patrol… to which the atmosphere of the restaurant pays homage with plume. An atmosphere reminiscent of a luxurious airport lounge, fewer landing trails. A fully glazed facade overlooking the horizon, spaces separated by windows, an Atterrissage landing train… Homemade meals are eaten, such as the succulent roasted bar with the Nantais butter or the sea plate.
