People come here to enjoy hot-smoked fish, mainly salmon, cod and mackerel, brought to the port by the local fishing boats. At the end of the season, it is time to dry the fish to preserve it. A very old tradition. To treat yourself, this café serves various preparations such as these delicious sauces to accompany your choice: aioli, smoked cheese, dill, sweet pepper and of course remoulade!
