Royal Museum in Slotsholmen, with over 100,000 items of weaponry ranging from medieval swords to cannons.

Located in Slotsholmen, this Royal Museum has taken over the arsenal of Christian IV, built in 1604. More than 100,000 pieces of weaponry are on display, from medieval swords to cannons (about 300!) to the latest weapons. Of course, one must be interested in military history, but interesting historical reminders provide a good understanding of the present. The brick construction really deserves a look. To be seen, the room is almost 160 m long.
