Nestled in a beautiful 1740 mansion, Ruby is renowned for its excellent cocktails. In 2023, it was once again selected as one of the fifty best bars in the world. In this temple of mixology, there are 2 atmospheres: a sleek, Scandinavian-style room with a long contemporary bar, and a subdued back room inspired by English pubs with their old-fashioned Chesterfields sofas! The clientele is well-to-do, trendy thirty-somethings. The waiters are dressed in old-fashioned clothes, the ambience and setting are sophisticated, and the cocktails exquisite. What class!
