Burger Shack, the ethical burger. Local meat only, free range conditions, waste recycling, organic, good!

Newly arrived in Copenhagen, Burger Shack (originally from Jutland) has set up shop near Carlsberg railway station, in the district undergoing renovation of the famous brewery, an eco-neighborhood where universities and start-ups have taken over. Burger Shack prepares delicious burgers. Not much choice but a quality choice both in terms of taste and the list of ingredients. On its sign, a lumberjack. Voted best burger in Denmark in 2018, best burger in Copenhagen in 2019! An address not to be missed, especially for those who can't do without it.
