He fell into a Château Gloria at the age of 16 and made it his profession-passion! Sébastien, the enlightened owner of this cellar, shares with us his favourite sin. Trained at the same school as the well-known John Coleaux, sommelier-caviste in Rosel, Seb opened a place that he wants to be atypical and endearing. A cellar that hosts wine, beer, whisky and of course calvados tastings. An evening, on the first Friday of the month, allows everyone to get together for a time of discovery. Boards complete this moment of exchange and make Chai Seb a bit of a home.

Accueil chaleureux. De supers bon conseils pour les Whiskies entre autre. Seb connait ses produits sur le bout de doigts. Il m'a conseillé un Whisky que celui qui l'a reçu a qualifié de "tuerie". Beaucoup de choix, c'est un chai à ne pas oublier.
