A must-visit restaurant in downtown Lisieux, offering a gourmet lunch menu.

Recognisable by its red half-timbering, this popular restaurant has become so popular that the racecourse has appointed it official caterer for its restaurant. The bright dining room is beautifully decorated with beams. At lunchtime, the menu is more than adequate. As the day progresses, the menu changes: for us, it was an apple, andouille and camembert millefeuille, followed by red mullet fillets, saffron cream, leeks and a fine chocolate moelleux. The team is committed and supportive of Julien Étienne, the chef who holds high the banner of taste and respect for the product.

Très bonne adresse sur Lisieux. La formule à 23 euros entrée/plat et dessert et un excellent rapport qualité prix. Les assiettes sont copieuses, le service était impeccable

Le menu proposé lors de la réservation pour le 31 décembre ne correspondait pas ce que nous nous avons mangé. Clients non prévenus, mais par contre acompte débité. 2 bouts de saumons servis au lieu de st Jacques et de langoustines..
