The setting is warm and distinguished, all in moulded woodwork and ironwork. The speciality of the house is angus or Argentinean beef cooked on stone, but the menu of the Swiss chef Jakob Hausmann offers a wide choice of dishes of international inspiration, in line with the seasons.
