MISS LILY'S @ SKYLARK NEGRIL

This toes-in-the-sand restaurant on Nine Mile beach is part of the Skylark Hotel, which plays on the codes of vintage Jamaica and has installed an old-fashioned foosball table. Here, you'll find the same studied decor and classic Jamaican dishes(jerk chicken), but also with a nouvelle cuisine twist. Like an ackee dip with plantain chips and watermelon slivers, great salads and light sandwiches. The cocktails are equally delicious.
