Scuba diving is popular there. The easiest thing is to access it by the sea by boat, but it can also be reached by foot through the Mata Atlântica. From the beach of Castelhanos, a footpath passes through the beaches Mansa and Vermelha and leads to Figueira beach. Take 2 hours of walking.
