Inaugurated in 1957, the building signed by the Brazilian artist is a symbol of Brazilian modernist architecture. From the inside, you can appreciate the architect's characteristic lines and curves. The pavilion hosts the city's most important cultural events and is home to the renowned biennial art festival. It is only open to the public on the occasion of major events (although these are quite frequent).
