Dating back to 1935, this house, with a neoclassical French style, is one of the last remaining days. It contrasts with the skyscrapers and the modern buildings on Avenida Paulista. It was designed on a project of Ramos de Azevedo, which was awarded her to her daughter as a wedding gift. It is now home to a space dedicated to poetry and literature that programme of the Saray, exhibitions, plays and events on poetry and art in general.
