Red 2-decker bus offering a circular route through the center and the most popular tourist spots in São Paulo
You certainly have seen it elsewhere in the big cities of the world: this two-storey red bus, which rides tourists in the centre and the most tourist places, landed in São Paulo in March 2015. It is the Prefecture that operates this circular line reserved for tourists, who can ride at any time on the bus and pay their ticket to the driver. Certainly you look like a big tourist on your bus, but the interest is to have a guided tour of the city in Portuguese, English or Spanish (unfortunately not in French) via the audioguide - simply plug the audio helmet that one gives you and choose the language - as you cross it. The bus stops at all tourist points in the city following a circular route of 3 h 30. You save by taxi by paying a ticket by the day, but you can criticize the lack of bus that requires a long time to stop at each stop point or to walk some points between them to save time.
The ticket gives access to seven museums on the course: Catavento Cultural, Estação Pinacoteca, Afro Afro Brasil, Arte de Arte Sacra, Museu do Futebol, Pinacoteca do Estado e Museu de Arte Moderna (MAM). At the Museu de Arte de São Paulo (Masp), the ticket serves as a file.
Thanks to the application, you can scan a QR code at each stop to know the wait time, but it is relatively long (about 1 h 30 between each bus). Wi-Fi is available on board.List of judgments: Luz, Mercado Municipal, República, Estádio Pacaembu (Museu do Futebol), Avenida Paulista (Masp), Avenida Paulista (Casa das Rosas) except Sunday because the avenue is closed to vehicles, Parque do Ibirapuera, Centro Cultural São Paulo, Praça da Liberdade, Pátio do Colégio and Teatro Municipal.
