In spirit, it's much more like the French group Les Garçons Bouchers than Hippotpotamus. Inspired by the building's former tenants, the first butcher shop and slaughterhouse on Augusta Street, which opened in the 1950s, the owners have created an underground bar where meat-related utensils are displayed everywhere. In addition to metal hooks, knives and beef heads, the works of local artists are occasionally on display. To accompany the various drinks, there are several snacks and a meat menu, of course!
