This magnificent theater inaugurated in 1929 became the Renault Theater after its 2012 "naming". It was originally known to Paulists as the "Paramount Theater" and the "Abril Theater". This majestic establishment, with its neo-classical and Art Deco façade, was the first sound cinema in Latin America, and is undoubtedly one of Sampa's finest theaters. With its 1,500 seats, it plays host to the great Broadway and European musicals. "Les Misérables", among others, has been presented here twice.
