Really lovely staff and atmosphere. The service was extremely efficient and our waiter was very attentive throughout dinner. Food was delicious and we enjoyed the meal. We will definitely be back soon.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I called and spoke with Hicham with the front desk team. I had ordered a bottle of champagne and roses to a room. Hicham went above and beyond, he was very polite, professional, caring, and kept in contact with me. Thank you very much to Hicham and the team that made it happen for me. It was very much appreciated!!!

The welcoming staff is friendly, ensuring prompt seating upon reservation. However, during peak times, service may falter due to the bustling atmosphere. While the ambiance and views of the square and Koutoubia mosque are highlights, the wait to place orders can be lengthy, so it's advisable not to arrive hungry. Although the food is flavorful and arrives promptly once ordered, it may not fully compensate for the waiting time. While minor issues with orders were addressed, the overall dining experience may not exceed expectations given the available alternatives. For those seeking a scenic spot for drinks, Nobu Marrakech is recommended. As for Ginger, while offering decent fare, it may not stand out among other dining options.

Amazing stay in a very different looking hotel. Just outside the walls to old town so you can relax away from the craziness. Lovely breakfast in the morning and great dinners from the roof.

Great rooftop bar with a lovely view of Marrakech, amazing food/drinks and a great vibe.Special shout out to our waiters Abdo and Alaoui who were very kind, polite and helpful. They even lit an extra fire for my girlfriend when it got cool in the evening.Overall a 5 star experience I would recommend to anyone.

Only Rooftop Garden.
The girl who served us was really good, I think her name was Zara, anyway she was with black hair up and glasses. We had a little problem with the bill that we had been miscalculated by adding a meal that we hadn't eaten, but she helped us solve it the best way she could.Thank you very much.

this hotel is a scam and the worst place i’ve stayed in in my life. not even worth 3 stars. there is 0 quality control here and no oversight from the corporate, let alone a general manager. our stay here ruined a beautiful vacation to marrakech with their rude and untrained staff, outdated and unhygenic facilities, and lack of services. the minute we walked in, we were faced with an unwelcoming “guest relations manager”. when asking for the manager at the lobby, they claimed that there wasn’t one. how can a 5 star hotel not have a manager! the “room facilities” manager came to try to help, but all he offered us was a room upgrade that we’d have to pay out of pocket for.

they market rooms as having the option of having two twin beds, but all they do is put two twin mattresses on one baseboard. when the room we were taken to was not up to the standards we expected, the “guest relations manager”, just left us in the room and went downstairs with no response. when trying to call the reception, no one answers the phone. we had to wait 2 hours in the lobby for a new room, that was just as bad, dirty, and unmaintained as the first one.

on the aspect of hygiene, the second room we were taken to had splatters on the bedsheets and food stains on the armchairs. housekeeping came to change the sheets while we were there, and i witnessed them throwing pillows on the floor while they changed the sheets. the bathroom fixtures were falling apart and molding. at one point, we found small cockroaches in the bathroom! when we told the reception about this, they stared at us blankly and were not even shocked or apologetic. again, we are supposed to be in a 5 star hotel and paid almost $3000 for our stay.

there is no concierge available for half of the week. they have the bellboys fill in as concierges while he’s away, and the bellboys also work as drivers. the bellboys were the only hospitable people working at this dump. none of the “departmental managers” cared about how we felt as gusts or whether we had a good experience or not. their apathy was shocking. clearly, no one here is held accountable.

on the weekends it’s extremely noisy. at 5AM, we heard banging and running right next to our room. i called the reception multiple times and they didn’t answer. towards the end of our week-long stay, they began doing construction on the rooftop, banging at 9:30AM. it took multiple calls to the reception and lecturing them for it to stop. again, we are supposed to be at a 5 star hotel.

we tried to get a refund to move to a different hotel as soon as we got there, realizing we were scammed, but they refused. every single day we faced an issue, and the staff in the hotel did not offer us any solutions or ways to make up for what we faced. we mentioned our comments at the reception when we checked out and again, all we received were blank stares. we were totally scammed into booking here by the “Nobu” name, which i hope they strip from this dump soon.

Distinctly average. No real defining or memorable features. You could visit for a week and forget you ever went.

Service at pool in particular was dismal.

Lovely rooms with nice touches such as the Morrocan sweet treats and lots of water.
The gym was well equipped and the in room dining menu was delicious.
I had a bit of a nightmare the day of travel and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Hasna, Jamal, Said and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. From the doormen, breakfast staff and cleaners. You get the sense that they are happy at work and they go out of their way to make the customers have a memorable stay.
Very small negative is that we would have preferred a proper balcony. Ours was very small. Only big enough to stand on. Not enough space for chairs.
We would definitely return though. You do get a sense of luxury staying here.

Nobu had some great views, music and the food was phenomenal. Just a shame we booked for sunset however we were seated on the opposite side.

Expérience au spa médiocre pour ce qu’il prétend être. Rendez-vous non respecter j’ai passé 40 min à attendre et au final les personnes de l’accueil n’avaient même pas prévenu la praticienne. Ambiance froide et personne pas du tout accueillante . Prestation faite à la va vite.

One if the worst hotel I ever stayed in .. I rate it less than 4 star hotel, hospitality wise is poor, responsiveness is poor, reception staff dont answer the calls, cleanliness is poor, no Concierge service available all the time and 1 day of the week is off, the room is discussing, stains everywhere over the furniture and bedsheet, the carpet is trolled, the bathroom status is 3 out of 10, the sink drain is molded, the tub is cracked, the magnifying mirror is wiggling and unstable, the ventilation fan is noisy, with all of these notes, they weren’t cooperating to find any solution for us
