The Palazzo Desdemona is a 3-star hotel located in the city of Essaouira. This establishment has a rich history, as it was once the warehouses of the city's Sultan in the 19th century. It has been completely renovated in the style of "Les Noces Juives", a painting by Delacroix inspired by his trip to Morocco. The hotel's name, Palazzo Desdemona, is a reference to Orson Wells' film "Othello", shot in Essaouira in 1949. The hotel has played an important role in the city's artistic and cultural development, regularly hosting actors, directors, writers and painters. The hotel's salons and patios host exhibitions by local, national and international artists. The Art Gallery at Palazzo Desdemona is currently presenting an exhibition by French painter Didier Spindler. The hotel is centrally located, facing the clock, in the heart of Essaouira's Medina, close to the port, beach and souks.

Je viens de découvrir l’hôtel Le palazzo, tout est génial, la déco est superbe, l’ambiance est au top, le personnel est super accueillant, la cuisine est surprenante, je recommande les entrées à partager et en dessert le fluffy pancakes.

J’ai eu la chance de séjourner dans cette établissement. Je ne peux que le recommander.
Les chambre et leur décoration sont super. La localisation est idéale pour découvrir Essaouira. Les services sont super ! La variété des plats du restaurant en font une expérience très agréable.

Riad/hôtel avec d excellentes prestations ( rooftop, literie, restaurant, petit déjeuner avec produits locaux marocains, nécessaires de toilettes, etc ) au cœur de la jolie ville d Essaouira. Aux portes de la médina vous séjournez au calme et à proximité de tout! Le cadre et la propreté sont tout à fait remarquable. Élégance et design sont au rdv dans un style contempo/marocain.
