In the so chic setting of the Royal Mansour, the kitchen is run by Alajmo, a family gastronomic house. The brothers fell under the spell of Marrakech and share the same values of inventiveness. The starred Massimiliano "Mozart of Italian cuisine", who treats us to fried scampi with lettuce sauce or eel and his ghiacciolo with beet, specially designed for this little corner of Italy in palace mode.
