When one thinks of the Kabana, the first thing that springs to mind is the breathtaking view of the Koutoubia. To earn this privilege, you'll need to make a spirited ascent upstairs, but the reward is well worth the effort. Incredible cocktails are on the menu, accompanied by octopus or tapas of all kinds to complement your beverages. Scottish decorator John Quinn is responsible for staging the light-filled, ultra-cosy ambience, with its ceramic tiles, floral motifs and designer lighting. Festive evenings at weekends.
