Opened since February 2012, Fogo de Chao has set up its Brazilian atmosphere in the heart of the Palm Grove. Offering a menu of meat or fish at will, this hotel invites you to experience a playful and unusual culinary experience. Sitting comfortably, you have a green token indicating that you are ready to start the meal. You then choose from 18 varieties of meat or 9 fish (accompanied by vegetables, fries or risotto). Ad didn't win you? Return your token, red side, to continue your meal. If not, go to the dessert or request the addition with the green side. Besides animations, you won't be left! Brazilian music group, dancers, acrobats, feu and Gnaouas regularly'set fire'on the stage of the establishment.
