This is a place steeped in history, that of the family of Serge Blanc-Collomb, owner and grandson of Hélène Collomb, who founded the restaurant in 1949. And you can feel it: in the period decor, which hasn't really changed, and in the menu. Here, French and Moroccan cuisine come together in a beautiful marriage. Depending on the mood of the day, you can enjoy veal liver with parsley or tongue in gribiche sauce, as well as tagine beldi or kefta. A fine address in the pure tradition of the great French brasseries, where service is efficient and discreet.
