Desert Dream4x4 is a travel agency and tour operator based in Merzouga. They offer a day trip in the Merzouga region. A driver-guide will pick you up at 8am at your riad or hotel in Merzouga or Erfoud. You'll travel by 4x4 along one of the stages of the famous and unforgettable "Paris-Dakar" rally, crossing the desert with its sand dunes, dry lakes and vast open plains where you'll encounter nomadic life. Along the way, you'll visit the village of Khamlia, a Moroccan village inhabited by people originally from Mali. The purpose of the visit is to witness their special musical performance, the Gnawa. After this performance, you'll visit the Merzouga oasis, which preserves an ancient irrigation system, then head to Rissani to explore the ancient Ksours and Kasbahs. After a typical local lunch, you'll return to the hotel around 4pm.

Notre guide, Hassan, et le conducteur, Yasin, étaient incroyables. Ils étaient très professionnels, ponctuels et amusant. Nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise dans leurs soins. Ils étaient bien informés et nous a montré l'histoire du Maroc, la culture et les paysages les plus étonnants que j'ai jamais vu dans ma vie. Un des points forts du voyage (et quelque chose de complètement inattendu) était quand Youness nous a invités à prendre le thé avec une tribu nomade, il savait qui vivait dans une grotte du désert.
Cette tournée a rendu notre voyage incroyable et je recommande à 100% à personne.
