In a strange red brick building that blends Gothic and Renaissance architecture, the Märkisches Museum traces the history of the city through objects, furniture, drawings and musical instruments. A more personal approach to the history and customs of the city's inhabitants, the visit is quite instructive. We advise you to go there on Sundays at 3 pm, because on that day the automatophones, these 18th century musical instruments, are turned on for the pleasure of the visitors.
