A popular museum in Berlin since its opening in 2007, retracing daily life in the GDR in a fun, interactive way.
Since its opening in 2007, the GDR Museum has become one of the most visited museums in Berlin. Its permanent exhibition shows everyday life in the GDR in a detailed but fun and interactive way: for example, you can take the wheel of a Trabant, sit in the living room of a 1970s apartment, listen to the inhabitants' testimonials... It's staged, but it's also entertaining. Naturally, the exhibition also deals with the surveillance of the Stasi and the East German prison system.

Super musée interactif, pas le genre de musée dans lequel on s'ennuie ! On peut y conduire une Trabant avec un écran interactif représentant Berlin à l'époque du Mur, visiter les appartements type de l'époque, essayer interactivement les habits que portaient les allemands dans ces années là, écouter les musiques et radios qui recréent l'atmosphère. L'entrée ne coûte que 6€ cela les vaut largement puisqu'on s'amuse des heures dans ce musée.

Musée très interressant et interactif, on ouvre des tiroirs, des portes qui nous permettent de découvrir la vie dans l'ex RDA. Beaucoup de monde donc un peu difficile d'accéder à tout. Gros problème pour les français, toutes les explications sont en allemand et en anglais donc si vous n'êtes pas bilingue un peu difficile de tout comprendre.

Interactive museum: you will discover the life in time to the GDR by opening closet, drawers, watching small videos. You can even leave the t-shirts, ex football shirt EAST, try the helmets of soldiers, lead a turnwrest plow, leave books school a portfolio and visit a standard apartment… Really fun, perfect museum for children. Remember to book in advance your visit because there are many people.

musée sur l'ex Allemagne de l'est.Beaucoup d'objets à voir seul bémol si il y a du monde les allées du musée sont étroites.

musée sympathique mais un peu cher. Assez ludique, il faut tirer des tiroirs, ouvrir des portes. Le seul point négatif est que tout est en allemand et en anglais et pas d'audio guide en français. Bien situé sur l'île au musée derrière la cathédrale.
