The Music Festival has been held in Berlin since 1995. This French import has been a great success in Germany, but it must be said that, as the stages are spread out in the twelve districts of this gigantic city, the atmosphere is much wiser. From 4pm onwards, amateurs and professionals of all musical styles - bands as well as DJs - are invited to play in the public space and all this at no cost to anyone. After 10pm, the festivities continue in the city's many bars, clubs and pubs.
