I had a bad experience with this hotel today. I called to ask about my booking and the person who answered was rude. They told me not to call again, refused to give their name, and hung up when I tried to explain my question. It's unprofessional and makes me wary of trusting them for anything. (Incident happened just now, 11th of April 13:21)

Toller Aufenthalt in einem etwas anderen Hotel. Hier war nichts Standard oder langweilig. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, die gängige Sprache war englisch, machte aber Spaß. Schönes Zimmer, tolle Einrichtung. Spannendes Frühstück, kein 08/15 Buffet. Die Pancakes sind sehr zu empfehlen
