Ecological hotel with spacious rooms in the Schlesisches Tor district of Berlin.

Housed in a renovated former factory, this solar-powered hotel offers spacious, bright and quiet rooms. Showers and toilets on the landing. Minibars, televisions and telephones have been banished from this ultra-ecological establishment. The place is so charming that you'd be more inclined to call it an alternative hotel than a youth hostel! It has the typical charm of Kreuzberg's brick buildings, with its inner courtyard. You can enjoy your meals at a modest price in the Fabrik Café.

Wir haben ein Zimmer für 6 Personen gemietet und ich bin positiv überrascht, denn das Zimmer und das Hotel waren besser als ich erwartet hatte: Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig, gut beleuchtet und die Betten waren bequem. Auch die Badezimmer waren unglaublich sauber und auch auf den Fluren und Treppen war es sehr ruhig. Was mich geärgert hat, war, dass man für die Bettwäsche 2,50 Euro extra zahlen musste und für ein Handtuch noch 2,50 Euro mehr.
Das Hostel liegt in einer guten Gegend, einem Partyviertel mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Unser Ziel war es zu feiern, damit wir eine tolle Zeit hatten

Schwierig zu bewerten, aber wenn ich fair sein möchte, dann war alles fein. Zimmer war sauber, Personal freundlich und richtig nett. Wenn ich jetzt den Preis nehme, dann passte alles! Es ist Industrie-Charm und es gibt keinen Aufzug, aber ich hab besser geschlafen als in manch doppelt/dreimal so teurem Hotel. Die Gemeinschaftsbäder waren sauber. Die generelle Tatsache das ich für Abenteuerurlaub wahrscheinlich mittlerweile zu alt bin und ein eigenes Bad vorziehen würde, machen die Unterkunft nicht schlechter. Preis/Leistung passte für mich und der Check-in war super entspannt. Dankeschön!
