Homemade noodles and excellent dim sum to be tasted in a traditional Taiwanese restaurant in Berlin.
On Kantstraße, which has everything of a small Berlin Chinatown, between Chinese restaurants with lacquered ducks and Thai restaurants, the Lon Men's is a small traditional Taiwanese snack. The noodles are homemade, as are the dim sum (steamed ravioli), which melt in the mouth. Moreover, as a guarantee of quality, they do not stick to the dish. This is a far cry from the mainstream Asian restaurants in Berlin, which are too often smooth and aseptic. Lon Men's Noodle House is an authentic boui-boui, without a doubt the most famous in the neighbourhood.

Un restaurant de spécialités vietnamiennes qui vaut le déplacement. La nourriture y est bonne: les bouchées vapeur,entre autres, sont très bien faites; et le service est impeccable. Par contre la salle est petite donc les tables sont assez serrées même si ce n'est pas non plus hyper gênant.
