A candy maker that makes you want to window shop. Bonscheladen ("Bonsche" is a Hamburg word for sweets) offers colorful, chemical-free candies made in front of you. A not so guilty pleasure: they are made of organic sugar. To watch the confectioners at work, go to this small Hamburg store at 4:15 pm on weekdays and 2:30 pm on weekends: behind the glass wall, you will see the patterns of the candies sold here. A gift 100% made in Hamburg to bring back to your greedy friends.
