HAFENCITY VIEWPOINT

This curious bright orange building in the shape of a dinosaur was designed by architect Karin Renner, who was also inspired by the cranes that populate the neighborhood, which reminded her of animal silhouettes. Since 2004, it allows you to get a view of the city from its 13 meters high, without spending anything. Climbing into the dinosaur's mouth, you will discover an interesting circular view of the HafenCity, the cranes of the harbor and the magical structure of the Elbphilharmonie. There are also some explanatory signs about the current construction sites.
