A high-class hotel in the Neustadt of Hamburg. Central location and great luxury.
In a rather ugly building in the Hansa-Viertel in the Neustadt, this Marriott hotel is much more charming inside. The area is intimate and pleasant, the rooms are impeccably luxurious, both discreet and functional. The Marriott's piano bar, Speicher 52, has a very distinguished, hushed atmosphere. Heated indoor pool and fitness room to keep in shape during your stay. In short: pleasant and intimate luxury, with of course all the comforts one would expect from the range.

As a Marriott Titanium member and averaging over 125 nights a year for work and pleasure, this is one of the best Marriott properties I have stayed in. The location is absolutely perfect for walking to all the major sights, the rooms are spacious and clean, the lounge is well stocked with delicious food during tea time and in the evening, breakfast has everything you could want for breakfast, and the price is very reasonable compared to other Marriotts I have stayed in city centers. I wanted to give a special thank you to Ms. Laura Helm who made check in and check out seamless and welcoming. She also took care of a mix up with my reservation and made everything right. Also to the chefs at breakfast who cooked our fried eggs to perfection. I will definitely stay at this property again if I am ever in Hamburg.

Das schlimmste Ostern Wochenende das wir erleben haben 3 Tage lang keine Schlaf möglich. In der Lüftungsanlage hat es Geräusche gemacht als ob ein Traktor drin wäre. Inkompetent Personen jeden Tag wurde mir versichert dass es gerichtet wird nix passiert. Dann kam raus das Ding ist defekt wir haben halt Pech gehabt super was für ein super Hotel Luxus ?? Ja aus Ausgleich wurde uns ein Essen angeboten was für ein Problem Lösung natürlich nicht angenommen. Zimmer 466 bitte das Problem lösen bevor der nächste in der Falle tappt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist top, die Zimmer sind sehr schön und Speisen und Getränke sowie der Service im Restaurant waren klasse. Die guten Erfahrungen werden allerdings getrübt von dem sehr schlechten Service an der Rezeption. Ich musste 1 1/2 Stunden auf das Zimmer warten, weil der Mann an der Rezeption vergessen hat Bescheid zu sagen. Beim Check-out hat es ewig gedauert, weil die Dame nicht wusste, wie die Garage abgerechnet wird und die versprochene Rechnung per Email musste ich im Nachgang per Email anfordern.
