Opening time and information on BUCHENWALD MEMORIAL
Open Tuesday to Sunday and public holidays from April to October, from 10 to 6pm, from November to March from 10 to 4pm. Closed from December 24th to December 26th, on December 31st and on January 1st. Free admission. One can go to Buchenwald by the bus (Weimar-Buchenwald line) of the central train station of the slow trains or the place of the station. The camp is with a few kilometers north of the city. Follow the symbol of the memorial, a kind of pyramid.

J'étais ici il y a 50 ans dans le cadre de l'heure de jeunesse . Depuis, beaucoup de choses ont changé ici. Beaucoup de choses ont été "désamorcées", ce qui fait que je n'ai plus l'impression que j'avais à l'époque. Beaucoup d'expositions ont été supprimées , les images et les objets ne sont plus là . Je suis toujours bouleversée par ce que les gens font aux gens . J'espère que cela ne se reproduira plus jamais, même si les signes sont très mauvais en ce moment.
