In an enlarged boutique: the temple of Isigny caramel, homemade ice creams, cheeses and sweets to enjoy all year round
The temple of caramel! Tender, crunchy, plain, with apples, as a spread or topping, it can be used in an infinite variety of ways. Cheeses, butter, Isigny PDO cream and homemade ice creams complete the festivities. Ten years after its opening, the store doubles in size (310 to 630 m²), while keeping its bricks and mortar. Other new features for 2026 include a 65-seat covered ice-cream parlour, a cheese department, 25 flavours of caramels in bulk, a modular room (for seminars), a terrace, a playground and an XXL parking lot!

Quality Tourism / Destination of Excellence. Low season: open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm. High season: daily 9am to 7pm. Closed December 25, January 1 and May 1. Museum open 7/7 in high season and on public holidays, opening times see website. Delivery available (online store).
