That's right! This training restaurant at the Lycée hôtelier is open to all. In a studious yet friendly atmosphere, student chefs, waiters and aspiring sommeliers offer refined cuisine based on seasonal produce, at affordable prices. Asparagus flan, sole meunière or chocolate profiteroles... In the evening, gastronomic dinners are organized on an ad hoc basis, with food and wine pairings depending on the students' program.
