Artisanal ice creams made at the Ferme du Bois Louvet, in the Eure region.
From the Ferme du Bois Louvet in Saint-Jean-de-la-Lécqueraye, Eure, Philippe Cocagne makes ice creams, sorbets and other frozen pastries from farm milk. No preservatives, colorants or artificial flavors. Just whole milk, fresh cream, egg yolk and fruit. Milk also becomes ice cream, and some 50 artisanal flavors are offered: apple, blackcurrant, calvados, rhubarb, strawberry-basil and apple-calvados. A real treat!

Certainement le meilleur marchand de glaces d'honfleur ! Qualité et quantité sont la. Le patron est très sympa. Rien a voir avec les pseudo glacier du quai d'en face qu'il vaut mieux éviter.
