From the Ferme du Bois Louvet in Saint-Jean-de-la-Lécqueraye, Eure, Philippe Cocagne makes ice creams, sorbets and other frozen pastries from his own milk production. No preservatives, colourants or artificial flavours. Just whole milk, fresh cream, egg yolk and fruit. Milk also becomes ice cream, and some 50 artisanal flavours are offered: apple, blackcurrant, calvados, teurgoule, tomato-basil and even camembert. A real treat!
