An immersive and fascinating visit to Honfleur: witness the rebirth of the Mora, William the Conqueror's ship!

You can't really know Normandy without exploring the incredible saga of William the Conqueror. Here's a fascinating project: the reconstruction of his ship La Mora, a gift from his wife Mathilde of Flanders. Two highlights: a (brilliant!) immersive tour of the Duke of Normandy's exploits and those of the great Norman navigators, and a visit to the shipyard to learn about 11th-century techniques. The ship is due to be afloat in 2027, to mark the millennium of William the Conqueror's birth, and to cross the English Channel in 2030!

Activité particulièrement intéressante. L'immersion est remarquablement réussie. La phase chantier, bien que rapide, s'explique par son caractère initial ; ceci nous apparaît normal. Néanmoins, il s'agit d'une activité vivement recommandée, aussi bien pour les adultes que pour les enfants.

Visite très agréable et instructive. On voit qu’il y a eu beaucoup de moyens investis pour rendre la visite immersive. C’est très beau.
En revanche le lieu manque à être indiqué. Un peu de publicité alentours serait un plus.
Un sous titre anglais dans la scénographie serait un plus.
