Surprising, intuitive, neo-bistro-style regional cuisine in a trendy restaurant in the heart of Honfleur.

Huître Brûlée is located at 8 rue Brûlée. Got it? A touch of humor for this trendy table where locavore dishes are not lacking in ideas. We can only applaud its surprising neo-bistro initiative, given Honfleur's abundance of tourist menus. It's time for oysters, direct from Veules-les-Roses, with some very original little surprises! Then, accompanied by poiré or natural wine, the terroir is revisited with astuteness. The reasonable bill, given the quality of the whole, confirms that we'll be back soon!

Très bon moment, avec des plats de très bonne qualité, tant pour les enfants que les entrées et plats des adultes. Nous n’avons pas pris de desserts. Équipe sympathique. Cadre simple mais décoration faite avec goût. Pas donné côté tarifs, mais ça en vaut la peine !

One of our best dining experiences in France. All dishes were super delicious and flavourful. Enjoyed also our bottle of brut nature champagne. The service was excellent too. Look forward to returning one day.

Tout était très bon, les huîtres délicieuses.
