Oyster bar on an old sailing ship, for a quiet tasting experience on the water in Honfleur.
Not to be missed! On the harbor opposite the Lieutenance, L'Union fait la force, one of Honfleur's last remaining old rigs, has been transformed into a friendly oyster bar. This original project is the brainchild of the indefatigable Manu, whom we've known for several years now. He and his crew welcome you aboard for a quiet moment on the water, away from it all. And as if that weren't enough, everything is homemade! Raw oysters, hot or tartar, served with smoked sausage or homemade rillettes. Heave-ho!

Owners are super friendly and accommodating. They work really hard and this place deserves so many more visitors. 3 years in a row we have visited this boat. Can’t wait to go back next year.
A must visit if in Honfleur! Note the entrances is called “bar de la mer”
