Awarded a Michelin star in 2022, Quetzal is a tribute to the markets of Mexico. The fabulous design by Partisans provides a soothing yet trendy atmosphere as you watch the chefs at work and the famous 7-meter long grill. The restaurant's founders have spent a lot of time in every corner of Mexico in order to offer a gourmet experience in keeping with local traditions. A tequila or mezcal cocktail is a must.
