One of Burlington's most popular destinations, thewaterfront has many areas to relax, enjoy or treat yourself. There are four main components: Brant Street Pier, Spencer Smith and Beachway Parks (trails, beach, water features, children's playground, etc.), Discovery Landing (Spencer's Restaurant on the Waterfront, observatory). Nearby, you will find the tourist office, the Art Gallery of Burlington, the Joseph Brant Museum as well as several stores, restaurants and bars.

En visite dans les environs de Burlington, j'ai cherché le Discovery Landing. Le personnel du restaurant m'a signifié que le Discovery Landing était fermé depuis plusieurs années. En revanche, la galerie d'Art, juste en face, présente des oeuvres d'artistes locaux des plus intéressantes. Un ravissement pour les yeux. Je recommande la visite.
