Not good experience , I had to check out after 4 hours and ask for refund , each floor was covered with 10-13 year old kids runnin leg up and down the halls banging on every door, maybe was some kind of convention for kids or something no idea but it should of definitely been told at check in , a head up ???? or something , also no ice on any floor , they send me on a while chase for ice and turn out no working machine! Then I specifically booked this place for a jetted tub I’am pregnant so I was looking forward to jetted sink tub! I confirmed with them 2 times about having a clean bath tub and having the plug, which the lady who I spoke with said yes no problem , then when I get all settled to have a bath , turns out no plug! I’m not you know what I’m done! So I was not satisfied at all but I do have to say customer service was good , they are pleasant people. But they lie on the website. Sucks !!

Attention ne réservez surtout pas la formule bed and breakfast proposée sur le site internet, pourtant plus chère mais le responsable vous fera tout de même payer le petit déjeuner....

We have been coming here for twenty two years.and now won't be back room not nice toilet are for kids low to the floor, coffee une room no good, and they should remove the tub and put a shower instead plus very very noisy...But great food at the restaurant downstairs.

We have been coming here for over 20 years, this time has been the worst ever. Rooms dirty, hotel is a mess. Our room was never cleaned, even when we spoke to housekeeping before we left for the day. Management staff talk down to you and are shady. When you talk to staff they say they are told to be this way or Abdul will fire them. We tried to talk to Abdul but he left so that he did not have to face us. Apparently they have just been bought by Hilton and renos are taking place. Hopefully it gets better. But we are never staying here again.
