Established in 1801, this public market claims to be the oldest in the province of Ontario. It is located in the historic part of the city, in Springer Market Square, just behind City Hall. It abounds in good fresh local produce, prepared dishes, plants and flowers, not to mention the craftsmanship that showcases the creativity and talent of local artists.
